Pls put the Delivery rider name and contact number, naghintay ako ng matagal sa parcel ko ng matagal tapos my work ako d palagi my tao sa bahay tapos mag dedeliver sa oras na nka alis na ako ng bahay saan ako tatawag or txt kasi wala nakalagay

My suggestions pag hindi makontak in how many hours hindi naman sana icancel ng rider ang order..kasi pwedi naman nasa emergency or walang signal tapos pag tawagan ang rider sabi hindi xia ang nagdala ng parcel..huwag naman sana ganon

Mghapon ko inaantay yung parcel na yan ilalagay nyo house closed. Wala ngang tumawag na rider kahapon. Pakiayos nmn yang serbisyo nyo. Denedelay nyo ung mga deliveries ng customer nyo .

I am waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered. I texted several messages on the rider but he doesn't deliver the parcel. Only to found out that he made a remarks on the app that I was not at the specified address.

This is my first time experiencing this trouble, I already instructed the rider to deliver it directly to the address provided and we agreed this because I called him for re scheduling, but I think the rider did not have initiative or whatever reasons to deliver my parcel that's why he remarks there as failed due to customer is unreachable. But I already experience this with same scenario, but the rider really finds ways to deliver my parcel. I did not check out any item which I will not pay for it. Thank you
