1 week na ung parcel ko sainyo di nio parin dinediliver??? may balak pba kaung idelver yan?? wala man lang matawagan n number jan sa office nio.. npaka bulok!

I have filed for refund last 12/22/2023 and until now I am not getting any clear status of it. I was adv that someone from this office will reach out to me after a week or two but I have not received any call/text. I spoke with your agent today w/ ID#222055 and he said he will call me back to assist me further but he never called.
