Hanggang ngayon hindi nyo na deliver yung parcel ko nag contact pa nga kami ng April 20, 2024 ng delivery man nyo sabi nya hindi nakarga kc marami dw parcel pero sa status ng delivery nyo failed kc hindi raw ako available, ano ba naman yang style na yan bayad napo yan, at hanggang ngaun hindi nagrereply at sagot sa tawag ko yung delivery man nyo paki action naman ninja van.

Very poor service’s. Til now I’m still waiting my parcel from securty bank manila. Supposed to be last day was the schedule of delivery. I’m tracking my parcel it was arrived at pagadian hub on April 20. I’m always trying to call their telephone number but no one answer. Honestly I’m very disappointed this courier.

The delivery rider wasn't doing well his job, it was stated that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful tho I didn't receive any calls, I even called him using another cell# but he even blamed me coz my #was unreachable. Well in fact my house is just located along the hi-way which is very easy to locate even if he were not able to reach my #, I was just wondering if how many times he tried to make a call? Or maybe he probably did once? Like duhhhh

Baka pwede niyo pong pagsabihan ung Tao nyo c Arvan Moises, Bastos di marunong maghintay. Kung nagmamadali siya at may hinahabol pala na Oras sana inagahan nya pagdedeliver. Di kasalanan ng Buyer kung my hinahabol siyang oras.Hinding hindi ko na tatangkilikin ung Courier nyo kung sakali man matapat na J&T ung courier ng parcel ko hinding hindi ko na kukunin.Kaht kailan wala kaming hindi kinuha na parcel sainyo lahat ng inorder nmin binyadan at Kinuba namin. !!!!😡😡😡

Delivered n pero hindi ko na revieved angbitem as per rider nawala daw pero hindi aq kinontact this is verry urgent items order kasi ito sakin ng mag flight papuntang palawan
