The delivery rider was very demanding and he don't have the virtue of patience. I hope you can escalate this and report the rider. He needs to be coached about the virtue of patience and being empathetic. Worst delivery guy I have ever encountered.

Very poor.. I'm very disappointed, my parcel is already in Bantayan hub 2 days already but they didn't deliver it yet.

Ang bagal ng delivery, specially for items thats for babies and pregnant women. Dapat may specialized nila na ma priority ang mga ganitong parcels na nagrerequest ng expediting. Dapat may option to expedite lalo na kung willing to pay for extra naman.

Our signal in tm/smart/globe is low, so they will not contact us. I hope they will find ways to deliver our parcel even it is not that big amount, how many times they return our parcel, not only me who experience it, so disappointed. But not all rider. More power to those who trying hard and God bless..

The rider felix rasco did not deliver my parcel, He cannot follow instructions on where to deliver.
