The order was supposed to be delivered on May 06,2024. Based on the logistic data, the said parcel has not yet been moved for 2 consecutive days on the date of delivery (May 06,2024). Until now, I haven't yet received my order. Hoping for the management to allow customers to pick up their parcel due to the lack of delivery riders designated to deliver the said package. There's numerous of complaints regarding to their delivery services specifically here in Southern Leyte. Most of the customers were resellers and distributors whom badly needed their product. We deeply understand that lapses are inevitable in a company yet the said problem was recurring and has not yet addressed by the management. Hoping all the shops in the online platform has the applicable options to choose on which shipping courier is the customer's preference. Looking Forward for the SPX management to resolve this kind of issue. Thank you.
