shipment date is not accurate,they said that it takes 3-4 days to receive the package but unfornately it's not.the shipment status on jan. 15 at 00:00 was alteady at pulilan.and today jan 16.there is no update in the shipment status.as in whole day,there is no transaction on my shipment.i went to sm tuguegarao downtown were i sent my package to get some actions about my package bec. its urgent .but the representatives had no actions on it.they keep on on telling me that the package is already in pulilan ,and bulacan is already responsible for that package.i ask for the # of pulilan so that i will able to call to ask about my package but they said they had no #.waste of money.

Just like Carla, rider texted he couldn't make it on 1/14 and said would prioritize next day. Waited until 8:30 and no rider came. Today I called and he said he was on day off. I'm still waiting for my package today.

Everytime we receive a message that oir parcel is coming we sometimes cancel our appointment and wait for the rider to deliver unfortunately they did not show up and their excuses is that they are having problem.with their service and told us to prioritize my parcel the next day but again they failed to do so which i sacrificed to cancel my apointment for 2 days.i hope the company will find way to solve this problem and give penalty to rider who doesnt comply.FYI my parcel is not COD and i paid it online to avoid hassle and yet they tend to do this.pls take action on this.
