Poor services. I was waiting for the parcel to be delos today and I was tracking it, how come at around 5pm you texted me that it was unsuccessful? Nobody called or texted me,I badly needed my parcel. Shame on you

Worst logistics that I had encountered! Sorting warehouse took a week just to transfer to another sorting hub. Website tracking updates is even worst and customer care doesn't CARE. Other logistics delivers 1-2 days only after picking-up from seller while ximex had my parcel for 8 days till now it's "OUT FOR DELIVERY" the same status update since day 1.
