Multiplr delivery still not delivered.waited wholeday when tge say its out for today but nothing is deliveres.

I was supposed to receive my parcel 2 weeks or 14days as told to my cousin when she send to me the parcel, 4days after the prcel was already in the Philippines, i tried to track it until now,it's still in transit. Its been 36 days.

The rider did deliver the parcel to me until now. The rider never answered my call. I called him many times. So sad😔
