I gave poor rating because I am very disappointed with the delivery because the delivery man did not contact me during the delivery schedule. Then this was happened two times already that when I track my parcel it was returned to the seller because according to the statement there is it was attempted to deliver two times but the truth I did not receive any messages or chat coming from the delivery man. I am happy with the service of the same delivery man because he is not doing his job properly. And as a customer we are expecting for a good service because we are willing to pay po especially if it is COD. The problem here is the delivery man. Not all because some of them are good but the delivery man who are in charge of my two parcel I am very disappointed ☹️. To you delivery man, If you didn't like you job anymore you resign na because there are many jobless people want your job. Thank you 😊.

KUNG PWEDE LANG NEGATIVE NA YUNG REVIEW KO SA JRS. SA TRACKING NINYO, NA DELIVER NA YUNG PARCEL KO, HOWEVER, HINDI KO NA RECIEVE. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE OR CALL THAT MY ITEM IS BEING DELIVERED. I COULD HAVE I GIVEN THE RIDER INSTRUCTIONS WHERE TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE. 🤬
