My parcel was send july 31 intil now dipa na received ng receiver need ko n yung documents para ma enrol anak ko from FTI Mall LBC to Muzon San jose del monte bulacan only .why it takes soooooo long to received the receipient almost 3 weeks already.i really need that documents with tracking numbers #371072330519

Princess Pelagio (0955-7339-362) this rider holds my parcel right now I texted her already I told her that I been waiting for my parcel today since I track my order and it's already out for delivery I texted her but she didn't responds at all,. She was the one also holds my 2 parcel and she return it to the seller without my knowing,. I have a lot of parcel to deliver to me and most of them came in right time only that person cant able to deliver my parcel can you do something for this I been waiting for my parcel
