Worse delivery company in Philippines!!! There riders , especially Rachel HILARIO from Puerto Princesa, are liars, unfriendly, unprofessional!!! My parcel stack 3 days in there warehouse in Puerto Princesa!!! On the delivery day the rider didn't even show up!!! He just said in the status " failed attempt to deliver because customer unreasonable" which was a lie because I waited the whole day for delivery!!!

Please provide a working number for those who are delivering the goods. The number of this person you provided online doesnt work at all (El Salvador Branch City). We tried to call many times but cannot be reached. Not even a call received from you that you are delivering now or what. though if you trace the item online it is already out for delivery since morning and it's almost night time.

Napakabagal ng service ilang araw ng nakapondo ang mga package sa warehouse nyo dapat na siguro kayong magsara hindi nyo naman pala kaya maging reliable
