I ordered parcels tru shopee (door-to-door) delivery. I was expecting them to deliver it to my friend since she is the one I was expecting to be the reciever of the parcel but then the riders of the said courrier did not even call nor message her regarding my two parcels. After a while they messaged her to get the two parcels from thier hub (which is not supposed to be since is a door to door delivery). And they told her that the parcels would be returned to the seller (rts) if not picked up, on which I am very angry about since I already paid for the parcel online and it is not a cash on delivery. With all due respect, please tell your employees to do thier jobs well.

ORDERED AN ITEM VIA LAZADA THEN SILA YUNG COURIER. NA MOVE LANG NG NA MOVE YUNG ESTIMATE DELIVERY DATE HANGGANG SA LUMAMPAS NA SA EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. WALA SUMASAGOT SA CUSTOMER SERVICE MASKI I FOLLOW UP SA SITE/APP NILA ETONG LAZADA NAMAN NOT SURE KUNG MAY GINAGAWA SILA SA MGA GANTONG INSIDENTE
