The processing of my parcel has been extremely slow and frustrating. The issue (valuation/proof of purchase) is very straightforward and could have been resolved within a day or two, especially since I have already provided all the required documents. However, there has been no visible progress, and it seems that no actual action is being taken. Instead, I only receive generic, boilerplate responses that do not address the situation or provide a clear timeline. I hope the team can improve their responsiveness and efficiency, as this kind of delay and lack of concrete updates is very disappointing.

The handling of my parcel has been very disappointing. They never deliver the parcel but in tracking my parcel they tell that attempt deliver but the recipient reschedule the delivery.

Your admin staff at MAMPANG JNT delivery hub is not responding to my message or calls. They asked me to POD my parcel so that they won't have penlatys.and they promises to deliver it the following day. They don't even message me for the status. Can u please contact them to deliver my parcel at the BARANGAY CANELAR. JUST LEFT IT THERE TO THE BARANGAY TANODS AND JUST TELL IT'S FOR REHMOND SABORDO THANK YOU it's been 2weeks.
