The person in charge of the delivery did not deliver my parcel yesterday, although he contacted me and I was not in the house but I instructed him to deliver in a certain place. Not a good delivery.

Please paki tarong sa inyong services. Gi track nako akoang parcel ang nakabutang is unsuccessful ang delivery attempt eh wala nag adto sa balay ang rider wala nag deliver. I hope nga ma sulosyunan ni nga problem, pls check your riders.

If the rider say she'll keep it so I can get it whenever I can, please do what you say because the costumer assumes for it. The rider mark my parcel as delivered but I haven't received it yet and she return it to the hub!! Poor Service as fuck! It gives me headache!

Very disappointed with your service. I paid for my parcel a long time ago, but it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve waited patiently and received no proper updates or explanations.

poor, can't trace my tracking parcel delivery by using this philtracking.com. My parcel had not delivered yet. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday but no rider was assigned to deliver my parcel.
