Its a worse experience my parcel supposed to me delivered between 15 to 19th April then said by 22nd April then now 24th April. Today is 25 April to my surprise its lying in the delivery hub since 22nd. Last two days I am requesting the seller to push Ninja to delivery my parcel as soon as possible.

Kung may 0 na review I might choose 0. The rider texted me yesterday 9PM that he attempted to deliver the parcel pero wala man tibuok adlaw mis balay walay ni abot. 2nd day, today still walay ninja van rider nag pakita. Paid na ang item. Palihog lang!

Hanggang ngayon hindi nyo na deliver yung parcel ko nag contact pa nga kami ng April 20, 2024 ng delivery man nyo sabi nya hindi nakarga kc marami dw parcel pero sa status ng delivery nyo failed kc hindi raw ako available, ano ba naman yang style na yan bayad napo yan, at hanggang ngaun hindi nagrereply at sagot sa tawag ko yung delivery man nyo paki action naman ninja van.

The riders are very lazy to deliver the parcel. It takes 3 attempt to delivered the parcel. WTF!! Hopefully the management will take action the behavior of their riders .
