The Rider of my parcel didn't call me fucking rider he it's been 3 days ang my parcel will be going back to the seller because of the rider. I hate ninja van because of your rider is so irresponsible. my parcel didn't come it didn't receive any call and text from the rider. please can you fire this rider: this is the number of it 09382159933 fucking ride. can you help me with my package!! please deliver it today!!!

We contacted the rider multiple times from day one til day 2 but the phone number attached to the order is out of coverage area. We even tried to communicate via text but unfortunately its out of coverage area. The delivery person is so rude, called me up and told me in harsh manner to meet them half way because our road is being repaired and I told her that she can take a walk like what just the other delivery does. And I overheard what she said to the driver that was delivered in a rude manner ' i deliver mo daw". I confronted the driver about the incident. Then after i was surprise to receive a call from the delivery person confronting me in a rude manner instead of being calm and apologetic. She also told why will she apologize? I am a regular customer of online shops for several years now and this is only the 1st time that I encountered such rudeness. Hoping for your immediate action on this. I believe that it is your goal to maintain the integrity of your company. Thank you so much!
