The riders are very lazy to deliver the parcel. It takes 3 attempt to delivered the parcel. WTF!! Hopefully the management will take action the behavior of their riders .

Be honest, you're rider saying that delivery unsuccessful due to customer unreachable but when i contact the rider today he said that there is no assign rider in my area that's y the parcel is not deliver to me
