Parcel is missing..You delivered to the wrong house. My number was indicated in the parcel yet you did not even bothered to call or text me if you do not know my address. I don't even know the guy who received my parcel. I'm sure you did not even bothered to ask if he knows me because if you did im sure he would say that he doesn't even know me. PS. I want my parcel back or you should pay it.

You should check that the address of your client is a Govt office. Holidays and Sundays should be taken into consideration. Despite request of having it delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 22, your return it to sender. Why is it the before your used to send text message to the client, why is it that your 3 attempts(according to your staff) included Monday, Aug. l21 which was a HOLIDAY. NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO BE CONTACTED. WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICE. Dont worry I sent a message to SHEIN that your courier was unreliable.

Ang sagwa nyo ninja van mag sara na kayo yung parcel ko 3days na sa lucena warehouse nyo putangina nyo. Tapos di pa mahanap address ng warehouse nyo sa lucena putangina nyo mag sara na kayo

I havent had a successful delivery with ninja van, i suggest that the courier should not just text that the parcel is coming, they should also call.

Delivery man claims delivery attempt was not successful ? He did not even text me or call me at my number . That's not acceptable .

It's almost 5 days in your warehouse... very unacceptable. Why is my parcel on hold without any valid reason?

Very slow .. I thought I can get it by aug.15 but until now I didn't recieve my parcel I badly needed it asap but due to your service I will lost my costumer
