Parcel was not delivered. Rider called me last Nov. 22, 2023 at 8: 08 PM saying he can't deliver the parcel on that day because, he already run out of time and said he will deliver on the next day. But on the day, he never contacted me. I did keep my lines open for the delivery. I have been trying to call the rider, but he wouldn't answer the call.

Kindly indicate rider's name and contact info, your rider did not give my 40 pesos change. It may be his modus not only to me but to other buyer.
