JNT is the WORST!!!! My parcel is paid but they keep on tagging the item as OUT OF DELIVERY and then it will refreshed on the system as FAILED DELIVERY even if I DIDN'T receive any gext message or call from ANY OF THE RIDERS!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating because I keep tracking my item on Tiktop App, I tried to call and reach out to the riders as well as JNT directly but NP RESPOND AT ALL!!!!! JNT also keep on ignoring my calls!!!!!!!!

About lang sa experience ko sobrang disappointed kasi that time I didn't expect na darating parcel ko na order ko siya sa tiktok yung parcel and wala ako sa bahay dahil nasa school ako at wala din tao sa bahay kasi sina mama nasa palayan at that time .dapat ine-expect ko that time na tatawag yung rider pero wala po akong na receive na call na idiliver na pala yung parcel ko tapos wala namn tao sa bahay na icancel na ng rider yung parcel. So nakaka disappoint lang

Pls. mag hire kayo ng rider na hindi TAMAD mag deliver. malaki daw yung item kaya di naideliver

They are cancelling my call back they did not go to my house they only call me i need the parcel or my order but they just call me not go to my house

Rider is responsive. Sobra ang bayad pero hindi man lang nag message sa buyer about sa sobrang na receive na pera.
