Your riders Sabanal and Casquejo are liars. They lack courtesy and professionalism. They will report that they cant contact me while I regularly send them messages to which they will only respond once. Then they send a message "cancel noted" which they decided themselves without agreement from the customer. Too frustrating dealing with people like them. If my parcel will not be delivered tomorrow, expect legal actions
