My parcel didn't deliver yet. I did not answer the phone since my phone shutdown and I contact the rider to reschedule the delivery but there's no reply. Hoping to your improvements since there's so many negative feedback to your DC. Thank you!

My package already departed from PULILAN to PLARIDEL since November 4. I do not know why there is such a big delay when Tiktok shop gave an estimated date of deliver between November 5 to 7.

Mahaharot mga employee nyo sa j&t f-gma kapag lalaki Yung customer na magpapadala inuuna hahaha pero kapag babae sinusungitan pa. Tas naka encounter pa ko na sabi cut off na daw nila, pero nung may dumating na lalaking magpapadala pinapasok? Ano yon namimile Ng customer? Hahahaha aba ayos j&t
