I am very dissappointed the driver was not response my message. I call him and we talked already that if he arrived in the right location he would call me but he didn’t and I foundout in tiktok to trace my parcel I was shocked because he cancel it. I am very sad for that because Its been 1week to wait. Please give sanction to this driver so that he will not do the same thing eith other people. I hope tou understand my side of being angry. Pick an honest rider, because what I experienced is far from what I've expected. So recently I ordered some clogs and I already payed for it through gcash. while I was expecting for my parcel to be delivered, the rider put my parcel as "delivered" even though I still didn't receive the parcel. MIND YOU HE NEVER EVEN SENT ME A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CALL ME! I hope that you'll refund my money and fire these kind of dishonest employees. carrier is OCW jalil sindatuk guiwan.
