If I can give a 0 star or below I should to! This rider named Abril Gregrio, canceled my parcel and sent me a text confirmation that I confirmed to cancel my parcel which is I DID NOT in the first place! I missed his call due to I am at work and I sent him a message later on to send him a payment on gcash instead but to my surprised he decide by himself to cancel it. You guys should make more proper training with your riders!

For Mr. OCW_Gerald R. Endgada of J&T, According to the J&T tracking record, you were supposed to deliver package JT0006072871615 order no. 580162150945031281, but no one actually came to deliver it—also there was no text and no call. How is it possible that this will be returned to the seller when no Gerald Endgada came to bring it to the address written on the package?

paano po yan 1 time contact yung delivery rider tas irarason nya po is hindi matawagan ai di po pwedeng ganyan expect mu na darating yung parcel tapos hindi man lang nag tanong sa store kung pwedeng iwan doon haysss . tagal na hinintay ang parcel ang labas back to seller nacontact ko naman yung rider pero sumunod na wala naman nag tawag o nag txt ganun ba ang j&t itogon branch

Yesterday, August 26, 2025, I received a notification that my parcel was on its way to delivery. I waited until it was time for me to go to work and then called the courier at around 3:10 PM for an update. The courier informed me that he was still in another area and asked if I could send a message to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, August 27, 2025. Understanding that the weather might make it difficult for him to deliver the parcel, I requested that it be delivered early in the morning. However, today, August 27th, I still have not received my parcel. There was a notification that the item would be delivered today, and I have been waiting until now. I tried contacting the assigned courier for updates, but there has been no answer to my calls or texts. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue with your service. I also contacted their customer service chat, but I was given some excuses that the parcel is already out for delivery, since yesterday. I am quite disappointed, especially since I took time off from work to wait for the parcel
