J&T rh3 branch de mazenod ave, cotabato city: this is the second time that branch wants me to pick-up the parcel due to none availabilty of a rider. First was last dec 2025 my parcel has been rts for the reason i cannot pick it up when i understand, it's COD, meaning it has to be delivered to the specified address. Now this is the 2nd time and same courier and branch j&t de mazenod rh3, what's happening to you? Poor services and the customer suffers...

Delayed delivery. Unsuccesfull kuno kasi wala sumasagot. Wala po tumawag at di ako umaalis sa bahay kaaantay. Kahapon pa ko nag aantay sa delivery . Di ako makaalis alis kakaantay.
