MY PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED AND I CALLED THE CARRIER, THE RIDE SAID THAT HE WAS ALREADY RESIGNED. THE TRACKING INDICATED THAT MY DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND WRONG ADDRESS BUT MY ADDRESS I'M USING IS CORRECT, I HAVE A LOT OF PARCELS DELIVERED SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ADDRESS. I NEED AN ACTION ON THIS! I NEED MY PARCEL TOMORROW FOR MY SISTER'S GRADUATION YET DID NOT DELIVER UNTIL NOW!

Package was never delivered, he told me he had an accident, then previously he told me he did not know where the location of the address the lastly he promised to deliver it the ff day thru a driver who knew my location.

I have complained Benito Comedia delivery parcel of Malvar Batangas. He disrespect me at wala syang Good Customers service. Hindi ko nasagot call time nya dahil busy ako at nasa work pa. Yung parcel ko hindi ko nareceived at hindi kona kukunin.dahil sa attitude nya. He texting me at galit sya. Hindi magandang imahe sa company nang J&T express ang ganyang empleyado. Better him to terminate that kind of employee.

To JNT OF MALUSO I express my dissatisfaction with the late delivery of my parcel they didn't deliver it in my address, so i went to their location JNT maluso. and they ask additional 10 pesos for the payment, . Unfortunately, this incident has left me disappointed.

Sobrang tamad ng mga raider nyo j&t ajuy ilo ilo city branch. Kung malaki ang item ay sinadayng iwan ang item hanggang sa macancell nlg o hanggang sa mainis nlg ang reciever. !!
