J&T's practice of simply calling the recipient instead of making an actual delivery sucks BIG TIME! People cannot stay stuck to their phones all day to pick up the courier's call. We need to work, guys! We leave instructions with our staff at home to watch out for the courier, but they never come to our doorstep when they can't reach the recipient. Hello - we paid for delivery and not answering services.

Courier does not make a physical delivery - he simply calls, then if customer does not answer or if there is no signal, they mark it as failed. What if customer is in a meeting or in an area where signal is bad? In my case, I had already instructed my helper to watch out for the delivery guy. He simply marked it failed but never came. We reviewed the CCTV footage.

One of the rider here in Oriental Mindoro is very lazy. He always delayed my parcel and mark it and says that the costumer sa unavailable even if Im not!!! The rider name is OCW Mark Magmanlac.
