Delivery guy didn't text or call for attempted delivery, i kept on calling until now but not answering instead he put problematic and blame me for not showing up. Please remove this guy here in tumaga area 🙏 😢 i want to pick up the parcel myself i really need the parcel for my work. Can you transfer to another delivery man please 🙏 😩

Did not receive any calls or text just direct failed to deliver. Kindly take action on this. The parcel supposedly be delivered to 1ST PMFC, Cebu Police Provincial Office. Thankyou. Kindly deliver it by tomorrow.

The delivery rider was never considerate of the difficult circumstance that the receiver had. He never deliver the parcel on the mailed address rather made a deal with the receiver in favor for him in spite of the accessible road in my area. I was thankful for him. I don't want to drag him down for only a complain but for the sake of everybody who had gone the same, who might experience the same and for your company as well, please do further investigation for this rider who treats most receiver without courtesy. I hope this will be improved. Thank you and good day.
