Parcel undelivered for 14 days now even after giving them the driving directions. Customer service follow up email and call ineffective. Status is always pending for pick up when it is delivery. Have requested delivery to LBC Panagdait branch. Awaiting reply.

As per their tracker, they mentioned that we already received the said documents, but till date we haven't received it.
