Very bad customer service. so hard to contact. No response to my questions even in messenger. Tracking did not even say that they cannot find the address when I've given all the landmark and house is in the corner of 2 streets with a signage. WORST COURIER! I was asking for the phone number from where they returned my document back and I was told they are not giving phone number and insisted that I go to Robinsons Galleria when I am already old with a medical condition.
