They did not make any delivery attempt but in their tracking it was stated that they deliver but no one was present to accept. They did not provide contact number to talk to any LBC representative.

This company deserves to be closed. Mas mabilis pa ang Shopee Xpress at Flash Express kaysa dito. Low rin ng approach niyo sa customer, ni hindi kayo ma contact.

This shipping company is very incompetent. Don’t trust them with any of the packages you ship. The customer service is low, it doesn’t meet the designated delivery date. Up until now, hindi ko pa rin na tanggap yung parcel ko, like it’s mean 7 days for heaven’s sake. hindi ko rin ma contact ang mga employee doon or maski nag deliver. I already paid in advance for the package and it’s not just a package, I paid a huge sum of money for it from the seller pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa rin. I’m deeply worried and disappointed.
