Matagal ang delivery at walang update ang nkalagay sa resibo matatangap ko ng July 31, 2025 pero hanggang ngayon ay wala parin. Pangit ang sistima ng customer service ninyo nag email ako sa concern ko pra maka hingi ng update pero binalik lang ng walang sagot

2 Packages sat with the "delivery team" for 2 days with no delivery, still there today

Received at Legazpi Delivery on July 21 and after that no more update for 5 days. When are they going to deliver the item? What is the standard delivery day? The item is to be given as a birthday gift. We are waiting for nothing without any status . I hope that one day LBC would make a status that the items were delivered back to shipper because receiver was unlocated. Bad feedback for LBC. Please note, July 25 na ngayon, wala pa ring natatanggap na parcel. 5 days nang ang status ay nasa Legazpi.
