Never delivered; I went to the LBC location in Lingayen to check on my delivery. I was told that I was going to receive my delivery this afternoon. Now I see that it has been sent back to Dagupon City no phone call or any atemp on delivery.the dilivery drive needs to be fired

When i send emails regarding the parcel or any kind of emails through the linked customer service email, the reply is always the same since it's automated so it's really not a customer service type of company. I've been trying to reach out to any way of contact and not a single decent reply. Site doesn't update, no decent replies, and doesn't even contact.
