My shipment got received by the buyer on Dec 26 the tracking still says it's been received at the branch not picked up the day current day is January 4 2025 where is the update when can I get my money

LBC box was picked up Aug 27, 2024 in the US and was not delivered, made call several times to request delivery, but they did not deliver my box.

atleast provide contact informatin for each branch, customer service hotline useless, taking longer than expected for the delivery

If you listed the area available, deliver it on the said time. It is already 13 days, still the parcel hasn't deliver. We didn't receive the parcel. LBC Pagadian City.
