Nobody contacted us to let us know why our parcel is not being delivered what is the purpose of giving the number? when I track the parcel it stated that not delivered due to delivery coverage issues..whatever that issues maybe we have the right to know it...it almost 2 days that the status of our parcel..I hope today someone from LBC team will contact us..we are willing to coordinate.. Sorry for that rate..
