When i send emails regarding the parcel or any kind of emails through the linked customer service email, the reply is always the same since it's automated so it's really not a customer service type of company. I've been trying to reach out to any way of contact and not a single decent reply. Site doesn't update, no decent replies, and doesn't even contact.
