My birthday honestly depended on this order i have, but since it was arriving in 22 days, you ruined it. I had high hopes on this, honestly i wished you didn't picked up my order and let another company take it, thanks for ruining my birthday, honestly the worst birthday i've ever had at this point.

You basically lost our parcel that was literally worth thousands of brand new clothes, have my cousin visit your branch a lot of times only to give the same answer "We will tag it as lost parcel" then come to discover when we called your hotline number that YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. Your local staff was a pain not really making sure that everything was taken care of. No updates, you screwed up and we have to just say thank you? You are the worst!

Very poor process of delivery. Even the customer service and their hotline is very poor. Its been 6 days and still the package is in their warehouse as stated by the automated customer representative. Two packages were sent at the same time but only one package reached the destination after 5 days while the other package is still in transit. its the worst delivery service.
