I placed and paid for 7 orders on Lazada, 5 were delivered by Ninja van 3 days ago and I'm still waiting on the 2 that were being sent by yourselves. How come we are on the end of day 8 now and still no parcel, other countries can receive a package the following day after ordering, I've sent packages from Thailand to UK and they arrive in 4 days, here they can't even send a package from Luzon to Leyte in 8 days, a complete joke of a logistic company, and no I'm not Filipino so I know how a decent company should work. If a company doesn't fulfill the delivery request in the timeframe a refund of delivery costs should be issued, why pay 600 plus peso for delivery then have to wait days past the scheduled date. Where do I submit my refund request because I'm paying for a service that you can't deliver.
