The courier Manuel Borela indicated on the delivery detail yesterday that the customer refused the package but he didn't call to inform us about the delivery. How would we know? But there is a proof of delivery at around 2pm using my company id. He does not have the authority to use my id which was saved in his phone from previous deliveries. I do not authorize him to use my id. I did not refuse my package. I am still waiting for it until now.

I tried to call ther delivery guy 3mins after he ended the call and messaged him but no response :)) I got class that moment so I wasn't able to answer his call. Pls, if ever it can be deliver again do it ASAP because I need it right away. Or if you can provide address of branch here in Mandaue City, Cebu J will be the one to pick the parcel in your branch.

HI J&T Philippines I would like to report the rider form Gabaldon DH. This is the first time that I didn't receive any of my 2 parcel because of this rider OCW ARCHIE DELA CRUZ my nofiction in shopee was "The buyer re scheduled,unreachable, unsaccesful" ganyan nalang lagi pero hindi naman nagdedeliver yang rider na yan nakakainis sana may mag take ng action regarding dito yang rider na yan nkakaakasar. Hindi porket mura lang yung parcel ko ginanon ganon lang di naman nag dedeliver dito sa amin nandito naman ako lagi sa bahay. Eto po yunh number nya. 09361043994 Thank you.
