I placed my order via tiktok on March 29. This is the 9th day when the order was placed. As I checked, it says there that the order already arrived here in cebu but can't be delivered completely. I contacted the name of the delivery indicated but the rider replied that he rerouted the parcel because it is not on his area of responsibility. Don't know how to get my order didn't receive any notifications of when it will be delivered or whom will deliver it!

Delivery guy didn't text or call for attempted delivery, i kept on calling until now but not answering instead he put problematic and blame me for not showing up. Please remove this guy here in tumaga area 🙏 😢 i want to pick up the parcel myself i really need the parcel for my work. Can you transfer to another delivery man please 🙏 😩

Nung pag track ko out for delivery tapos Yung rider na naka attach ni Wala manlang txt at Hindi matawagan 4 days out for delivery Wala manlang paramdam Ang rider correct Naman Ang binigay Kong info nakakalungkot sa serbisyo

Nong nag track Ako Ng parcel n pinadala Ng seller, Ang naka lagay delivered na nong April 2, 2023 pa, samantalang Wala pa akong n receive until now. April 5 na. At yong rider di matawagan Ang cell phone number.😡 J&t Conner Apayao branch

hinde man lng nag attempt hanapin ang mismong address porket hinde matawagan ang buyers no. grabe ilang shopee riders nmn ang nakaka locate ng bahay namin.. 1st time itong unreachable daw.. napaka tamad ng ng rider...

Did not receive any calls or text just direct failed to deliver. Kindly take action on this. The parcel supposedly be delivered to 1ST PMFC, Cebu Police Provincial Office. Thankyou. Kindly deliver it by tomorrow.
