Bakit palaging nka unsuccessful delivery attempt ung order q kesyo not reachable o kaya invalid address ehh hintay ng hintay na aq ng text sa rider kasi araw2x q tiningna sa lazada kung nasan na ung order q tapos ngaun sabihing failed delivery ehh hindi nman aq nakatanggap ng tawag sa rider ahh mula pa nong monday hanggang ngaun wala pa din🙄🙄🙄

The estimated delivery date for my parcel is April 16, 2023, but it has not been delivered yet until now. I tracked it, but it is always at the sorting facility. Last week, a delivery rider called me to inform me that I have a parcel that is at their sorting facility. He asked for a confirmation about my address and promised to deliver it the next day. I waited for my parcel and for the delivery rider to call or text again, but unfortunately, I did not receive any. This morning, I tracked it again, and it stated there that "the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the buyer requested to reschedule or not be on location". How come I rescheduled it when, in the first place, I did not receive any texts or calls from the delivery rider? I reached out to customer service, texted the number provided, and posted on your Facebook pages, but I did not receive any responses.
