You basically lost our parcel that was literally worth thousands of brand new clothes, have my cousin visit your branch a lot of times only to give the same answer "We will tag it as lost parcel" then come to discover when we called your hotline number that YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. Your local staff was a pain not really making sure that everything was taken care of. No updates, you screwed up and we have to just say thank you? You are the worst!

Very poor process of delivery. Even the customer service and their hotline is very poor. Its been 6 days and still the package is in their warehouse as stated by the automated customer representative. Two packages were sent at the same time but only one package reached the destination after 5 days while the other package is still in transit. its the worst delivery service.

Super pangit na ng j&t. Napaka sinungaling ng riders. Madalas unsuccessful delivery ang tag eh sa condo ako nakatira. Iniiwan lang sa guard or receptionist ang mga deliveries namin kahit wala kami. The truth is, di naman talaga nagpupunta mga rider. Kc lagi may maid to receive pero lagi buyer unreachable or buyer refused to accept order "DAW". You are the worsttt!!!!!! Bullshit mga riders nyo.

The rider's first attempt to deliver was I wasn't around but I have someone who has the money and tasked to get my parcel. He asked the wrong person, and left immediately without asking questions. I texted him to redeliver my parcel the next day, but he told me that he will not deliver the parcel again. But texted later that day that he did the second attempt which he did not. On the next day, he texted that he did the third attempt of delivery but then again he did not. Please pay attention to the attitude of your riders. He really had a poor quality of service.
