Make your deliveries as fast as possible...you got many warehouses or Hub. A sorting office that make our parcel delayed on on way to the reciever.

The rider did not even bother to call me on those days that my parcel is supposed to be delivered. He may have called me the first try but during the second and third tries wala talaga only to find out na palaging customer can't be reached yung nakalagay sa tracker nila. Nag message pa ako sa rider but did not reply as well.. Hopefully, this won't happen to other buyers. Thanks

the rider named Cebaloza John Santi didn't contact me during his delivery. And also the his contact no. is lacking its only 10 digits. I'm trying reach out.
