Satisfaction Level should have a 0 to indicate such poor service, 4 days waiting on a package each day shoppee has a section saying buyer unreachable yet no one comes to my home, i am disabled in a wheelchair and at home 24/7 , this is not a one off it is regular occurrence with this company i have no problems having packages delivered from ninja van LBC and other delivery companies, seems my address is more than 50 metres from the road so it is inconvenient for J&T riders to come here. I have been told others like myself suffer the same inconvenience

if it will be delivered today, edi dapat ngayon hindi yung tatawag kasi bukas na lang idedeliver yung items which is not a fragile one and will be use for business, and GHOST RIDER yung tumawag sakin taspo BABAE yung nakalagay na rider. PAKI ayos ng sistema niyo , then he suggested na need namin gumawa ng WAYBILL what the ef?
