Package already arrived in Kabacan (where I live) since May 15 but still hasn't been delivered to me. It's already May 16

Service: Kevin Dela Cruz Phone Numbe: 09602080681 (out of coverage) Reported my parcel, customer was unavailable. Whereas, naghintay ako buong araw sa school. Yung guard namin sabi wla nman daw J&T dumating.. Sana hindi nlng mag notify na darating yung parcel para di na ako naghintay. Hope you can fix matter kasi this is not my first time na ganito. Na return nlng yung parcel ko kakahintay. Salamat

Your delivery man is lazy that is why 3 or 4 times my package didn't reach the destination address. Even i put a remarks that do not deliver item on weekends or holiday because delivery site is an office address they don't understand. I contact the rider or text them but didn't response now your remarks that me is unreachable. Who will receive and paid item on beyond 5pm if me is an office employee. Your team is not good and not to recommend for the package to deliver.

Nowadays experiencing bad service from J&T- broken parcels (mug), tracking being indicated as customer unreachable even if the parcel has ot been delivered.
