I can't order anymore on TikTok because of that parcel, I waited for 1 month and suddenly my item was unavailable I thought my parcel was lost. My TikTok shop has no (cash on delivery) mode of payment. Is there anything you can help me to fix it?

mr kevin matulac refuse to deliver my package, he told me to deliver the package on our last talk and i even texted him my exact address and he was few kilometers away from my home but still refuse to bring the package for unknown reason

If I could rate the parcel delivery of a negative 100, I would, that is how poor their services are, especially the delivery under the name -Rider:Lastimado Joshua,639653872902. He is very unprofessional, very rude and does not know how to do his job. This parcel was not delivered to me yesterday and this rider just tagged it unreachable phone. And I even had bad encounters with his services before. I have been messaging him the whole afternoon that I have acknowledged his text about the delivery and have been waiting for it to be delivered the whole afternoon since I was already expecting that it will be delivered within 1 PM to 4 PM, NOT quarter to 7 PM. I have messaged the seller of this parcel that he did not deliver the parcel. You should investigate this rider because it seems like he is not really working on those hours. And please, I need that parcel delivered today, AUGUST 3rd, 2023! Please follow up on this!

hindi naman po ako tinawagan nung rider. .tinext ko na before hand yung rider para di na sya lumusong sa baha nitong sunday sa lungos sa taas ng baha. .hanggang ngayun wla pa yung parcel ko. .
