Last week pa po yung isa kung parcel NASA j&t liloan cebu branch.. Hanggang ngayun Hindi pa dinilever, nauna pa dineliver yung mga huli kung orders..sana naman po ma deliver na.

I waited for my parcel today because I needed it for work, and it says Im on vacation even tho I'm not. Got no calls or anything. I suggest employees should be more responsible and do their work correctly.

I need my order today and I was told by Shopee that I could get it today on or before 10:58 AM. However minutes have passed and parcel hasn't arrived.

Satisfaction Level should have a 0 to indicate such poor service, 4 days waiting on a package each day shoppee has a section saying buyer unreachable yet no one comes to my home, i am disabled in a wheelchair and at home 24/7 , this is not a one off it is regular occurrence with this company i have no problems having packages delivered from ninja van LBC and other delivery companies, seems my address is more than 50 metres from the road so it is inconvenient for J&T riders to come here. I have been told others like myself suffer the same inconvenience
