As I check on the tracking since yesterday, I saw that there was a record of unsuccessful delivery though I havent receive any text from them or any effirt to contact me. In fact As I saw the name and contact number at the shoppe app, I immediately sent a message to the rider and tried to get in touch by calling however there is no response at all and no one is answering the call.

report ko lang yung delivery man ng parcel ko, hindi ko naman na recieve yung order pero naka lagay sa status delivered na, san kaya dinala? sayang lang yung pera ko😞

Tumawag din or magtxt sa customer pagmadedeliver. Lage naman naka on cellphone ko tapos unreachable daw! At nagrereply din ako sa txt

I contacted the rider after a couple of minutes to deliver the parcel after we had met but refuse to do it since he already declared a return parcel but still the item is in his possession and very near to my place. He attempted to deliver at noon and right after I informed him to deliver it back and agreed to it but until 4:00 pm he didn't instead return it to Lazada.

The rider didn't deliver my parcel, he didn't contact me. Whole day I'm in the house., And I also initiated texting him. But when I check the system of J&T express, using trace and track, it says customer absence.

way klaro mudeliver, sayup pa gud number gbutang sa contact. wala pa jud nagpaila ug kinsa siya sa pag deliver. walay tawag niabot
