I contacted the rider after a couple of minutes to deliver the parcel after we had met but refuse to do it since he already declared a return parcel but still the item is in his possession and very near to my place. He attempted to deliver at noon and right after I informed him to deliver it back and agreed to it but until 4:00 pm he didn't instead return it to Lazada.

The rider didn't deliver my parcel, he didn't contact me. Whole day I'm in the house., And I also initiated texting him. But when I check the system of J&T express, using trace and track, it says customer absence.

New rider assigned in my area did not pursue to deliver my parcel. Newbies should familiarize themselves the location assigned to them.

The Rider was So Rude... Why he asking my Address if it's Already in my Parcel, Please be Sensitive to your Customer with dealing your service. You already 2 attempt but you didn't call me.
