The rider's first attempt to deliver was I wasn't around but I have someone who has the money and tasked to get my parcel. He asked the wrong person, and left immediately without asking questions. I texted him to redeliver my parcel the next day, but he told me that he will not deliver the parcel again. But texted later that day that he did the second attempt which he did not. On the next day, he texted that he did the third attempt of delivery but then again he did not. Please pay attention to the attitude of your riders. He really had a poor quality of service.

ANG UNANG RIDER NA NG DELIVER NG PARCEL KO NEVER NG ATTEMPT NA DALHIN YUNG NA ASSIGN SA KANYA THEN SUDDENLY UPON CHECKING THE STATUS PROBLEMATIC NA KASI WALA DAW AKO NG TIME NA NG DELIVER ANG RIDER EH AKO NGA ANG TAWAG NG TAWAG SA RIDER NA E DELIVER NIA THEN SABI NIA HINDI NA DW AABOT KASI NAIWAN YA SA WAREHOUSE YUNG MISMONG ITEM NA NA ASSIGN SA KANYA. Very Poor!!!!!!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parcels just stock on you warehouse fopr months, so what does your management do???? NOTHING!!!! Poor Management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sana kung hindi man lang madelivered ng early ang parcel nag sasabi...almost half of month na nag hintay ng parcel ko...hindi ko akalain na ganito katagal sa j&t....
