J&T Boac Branch sent message regarding the delivery of my parcel on April 29, April 30, and May 1, 2024. I sent them reply messages but they never responded to my messages. I also called the contact numbers of the delivery men stated in their message but they always cancel my calls! What kind of couriers do you entrust our parcel with those attitude of delivery men?

The courier did not call but the reason of unsuccessful delivery is that they cannot call my contact number. I have all the messages and calls to them, they cancel my calls and never replies to my text messages.

The rider name PRESLY MAMAC DID NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS TO MY PLACE HE NEVER CONTACT ME,I TRY TO REACH HIM HE DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES..HE IS THE SAME RIDER ON MY PREVIOUS ORDER PARCEL BUT THERE IS NO ATTEMP CALL FROM HIM..I HOPE HE WILL RECIEVE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO THIS MATTER..COZ HE GIVES REALLY A HARD TIMES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
