I hate it. Miss when the times you will send a message of notice that I will be receiving the package. Now the delivery guy on order will just inform you if he is already on the area ( not all the time I will be available since I also have a life) Next they call (sometimes not) but they will have your phone ring once or twice. When you call back they will not answer, the nerve. Which I don't have the same problem with the other delivery guy Also, I have to walk one the meeting area not even close to my doorsteps. Which is not good at all.

J&T Pambujan is being infuriating!! They are tagging my parcel as unsuccessful even though they are not delivering it. They say its in 2 days even though its tagged as for delivery. On 3rd day, they will send text that's it again will be out for delivery but as usual, it will not be found again then they will return our parcel to the seller after that. They also put out our parcel in a messy manner which they took time finding it and causing the queue to lengthen. This is happening to people with orders from my town and not just me. I would like to recommend for us to choose the suitable courier for our parcel like Ninja Van. Please make action soon for this matter.
