J&T Pambujan is being infuriating!! They are tagging my parcel as unsuccessful even though they are not delivering it. They say its in 2 days even though its tagged as for delivery. On 3rd day, they will send text that's it again will be out for delivery but as usual, it will not be found again then they will return our parcel to the seller after that. They also put out our parcel in a messy manner which they took time finding it and causing the queue to lengthen. This is happening to people with orders from my town and not just me. I would like to recommend for us to choose the suitable courier for our parcel like Ninja Van. Please make action soon for this matter.

I gave poor rating because I am very disappointed with the delivery because the delivery man did not contact me during the delivery schedule. Then this was happened two times already that when I track my parcel it was returned to the seller because according to the statement there is it was attempted to deliver two times but the truth I did not receive any messages or chat coming from the delivery man. I am happy with the service of the same delivery man because he is not doing his job properly. And as a customer we are expecting for a good service because we are willing to pay po especially if it is COD. The problem here is the delivery man. Not all because some of them are good but the delivery man who are in charge of my two parcel I am very disappointed ☹️. To you delivery man, If you didn't like you job anymore you resign na because there are many jobless people want your job. Thank you 😊.
