Incompetent riders and poor customer service who doesn’t have empathy skills! And the agent Kim threatened me? I tried calling the rider but he would cancel my call and stopped responding to my text message when i said i am waiting for the delivery when it is already beyond the delivery timeframe! This is the number of this rider +63 916 708 5715!

I did not receive the parcel which i ordered and paid online. I did not also receive any notice that i have an upcoming delivery. It was indicated that i already received my order from lazada and there was even a picture of a hand holding the parcel near my house but there was no indication that somebody received it. This is dishonesty and the delivery man and courier should be made accountable. Please investigate this ASAP and correct this malfeasance of your delivery man otherwise i will file a case with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
