The delivery was unsuccessful due to the conflicting statement and reasons of the delivery driver. Indicating that the receiver (me/I) was not on the area (i was at the given address), but the truth is there is no delivery attempt happen. I've been waiting for my parcel since august 3. But the courier (i assumed and presumed) intentionally disregard the order/delivery. I want a justifiable reason for this unfortunate event. It waste my time and effort. As well as the seller's effort in packing the order. So much inconvenience. J&T management please take action or i will post this on my social media. Thank you. I hope this kind of event won't ever happen again. So disappointing!

The delivery man is very rude in his text! And didn't deliver the parcel.

There was no update that it will be delivered today. No one called or texted then suddenly the notification in my shopee says that it was undelivered due to unresponsive buyer??

Why didn't you deliver my parcel? We are at home but nobody has come to my house. It is very poor when you make up story's that are not true (In transit Delivery attempt was unsuccessful :Buyer Requested to Reschedule or Not On Location) if you do not deliver on Sunday's then do not advertise that you are a 24/7 courier!

Kung hindi ma contact ang reciever dapat magtanong if within the area na ang rider. Naghahantay ako sa mga parcel ko and yet wala naman dumarating. I try to call yung rider out of coverage area din sya at nag txt na din ako.
