There was no update that it will be delivered today. No one called or texted then suddenly the notification in my shopee says that it was undelivered due to unresponsive buyer??

Why didn't you deliver my parcel? We are at home but nobody has come to my house. It is very poor when you make up story's that are not true (In transit Delivery attempt was unsuccessful :Buyer Requested to Reschedule or Not On Location) if you do not deliver on Sunday's then do not advertise that you are a 24/7 courier!

Kung hindi ma contact ang reciever dapat magtanong if within the area na ang rider. Naghahantay ako sa mga parcel ko and yet wala naman dumarating. I try to call yung rider out of coverage area din sya at nag txt na din ako.

Early shipment' dapat hindi dadali pa ang courier wala daw tao if hindi nareceive sa first attempt. Hindi porket may delivery tutunganga nalang ang nag order kakahintay ng parcel mag hapon. May ginagawa din naman katulad ng courier niyo. If walang tao magnotify nalang na 2nd attempt ang parcel. Kala mo naman hindi babayaran ang order. I input the tracking number diyan tignan niyo sinong courier yan sa order ko. If sasabihin niyo naman na inotify yung courier ahead of time, in the first place hindi din naman nag ttext yang courier na yan ahead of time. So malay ko kung umaga or hapon na ang dating niya? 2 times na siya naging courier ko walang text saka lang pag nandito na. Sa lazada ang ayos ng courier di ko na need mag initiate ng text. Nag nnotify na agad na may padating na parcel. This is not to compare but to give an example. Baka sabihin pa imbento. Anw, my point is Wag isumbat na walang tao next time. Wala akong mapapala kung magsasagutan lang kami. So iaddress ko nalang dito. Hindi din naman pwedeng iwan nalang sa kasama sa bahay. Pano kung wala at may work or umalis, so wala din. Di din naman pede paghintayin if ever ang kasama Complaint to at suggestion.
