Hello J&T Carmen, Bohol branch! You should terminate your delivery rider NEKO GRESOS CAVERTE or put him into disciplinary action. Eversince he became the assigned rider in our area I've been experiencing bad service. He has an attitude. He's not even polite and he keeps delivering our parcels to a different address specifically to our grandmother's house. Our parcels are usually huge and heavy since it contains products that we sell. Now our grandmother who's already so old would suffer the burden to carry those heavy packages to our house which is quite far from her's. And when our parcels are COD, he would intentionally park farther away from our house just to annoy us. He would never get up from his motorcycle and force us to to go where he parked. Imagine it was 5 heavy parcels. If I could rate 0 to his service I would. WORST ATTITUDE. WORST SERVICE. We prefer our parcels to be delivered to own home to avoid hassle since we're busy working people. Now all we experience is hassle and his unbearable attitude.

may order ako sa lazada pero ang problima yung rider bukas pa ihatid ang yung order ko eh pwedi naman sana ihatid kaagad.tapos nag rereklamo pa kasi may upan daw eh wala naman sana naman bagohin niyu yang rider na nag rereklamo

at the JNT Longos Calumpit franchise near the Dream Oil Gas Station, I'll just give you a tip about the nonsense your QAs are doing, said the rider who is the QA himself and the supervisor knows that they are allowed to tamp pictures of IN and OUT even at rest their day so it's unfair to those who work properly and have a proper rest day, but your employees themselves are paid with money, who go IN and OUT but are at home or in a place not related to work. I won't give the name of the rider to be fair. I just want the work to be equal and free.

Kindly deliver the package immediately if already arrived in your facility, I have been tracking this package this morning departed around 7am frm baybay depot then arrived in baybay at 3:00pm. What happen, Is this package is roaming around.
