My packages are being bounced back and forth for days. Made it to Tagum but then different distribution centers and then error messages due to it being sent to wrong distribution center.

Wrong Item delivered, I contacted immediately the delivery rider after checking my parcel so that i can ask what to do but he ignored all my messages and got no response from him.
