I'd been a shopee seller for 6 years, and j&t was the best during pandemic, however this year I could say it's not the same anymore. I had to take this out to my shop to avoid stress in picking up or to drop-off in, i don't know where it can be drop-off. To the guard of 3M Compound J&T express, please treat people as human. This is just a heart break for me because j&t was with me when my online shop is growing, they were the best service and fast delivery BEFORE.

Unfortunately, when the delivery was made, the rider did not deliver the order to the specified address. Instead, the delivery was made to a different location, which caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
