your delivery rider is very liar and lazy to deliver properly the parcel, he said that he went to the given adress and he said to his remarks to lazada app that the costumer is not in the given adress is not true because the picture he send is the nearby address, the truth is he didnt deliver the parcel on time,, he is very liar

all due respect sir/maam apaka walang kwenta po ng service po ng branch dito sa pavia iloilo po i call ko kaninang umaga sinabi po na otw napo daw yong parcel then i wait several hours tapos hangang ngayong po wala kahapon paho sana yun pero naka lagay sa tracker na neresched kudaw po or what problematic daw tapos ngayon wala parin nakaka dismaya po kasi may lakad paho sana ako pero sinet aside kupo muna kasi importante po kasi pero ganya ho pala

Hello J&T Carmen, Bohol branch! You should terminate your delivery rider NEKO GRESOS CAVERTE asap or put him into disciplinary action. Eversince he became the assigned rider in our area I've been experiencing bad service. He has an attitude. He's not even polite and he keeps delivering our parcels to a different address specifically to our grandmother's house. Our parcels are usually huge and heavy since it contains products that we sell. Now our grandmother who's already so old would suffer the burden to carry those heavy packages to our house which is quite far from her's. And when our parcels are COD, he would intentionally park farther away from our house just to annoy us. He would never get up from his motorcycle and force us to to go where he parked. Imagine it was 5 heavy parcels. If I could rate 0 to his service I would. WORST ATTITUDE. WORST SERVICE. We prefer our parcels to be delivered to own home to avoid hassle since we're busy working people. Now all we experience is hassle and his unbearable attitude.
