Remove the rider mads tamparan he don't have the respect and patient to his customer, ilang beses ko na naexperience pag siya yung rider ayaw niya magsukli tas pag nagbayad ka nang pera na need suklian tas wala siya mahanap pangsukli ibabato or magagalit siya sayu na binabalik pera mo.

The assigned delivery was unresponsive to texts and calls. He came to our house at first attempt without communication and so I was not able to talk to him that I wished to pay via gcash and he refused my calls even to the next day which he should be going back. He has not returned and has just recorded problem in delivery, but he was not actually did not returned nor answered my texts and calls. This is not the kind of delivery person a courier company should have.
