Despite the correct address being clearly indicated on the parcel (an address that other J&T riders have successfully delivered to before), the assigned rider repeatedly marked the delivery as unsuccessful. I had already informed the rider in advance by sending a text message to leave the parcel with our school guard, where the payment was prepared, yet the rider failed to comply. Furthermore, the “proof of delivery” photo uploaded in your system is not my address, which strongly suggests that the rider never attempted to reach the correct location. This is misleading and causes inconvenience on my end. I respectfully request that J&T: 1. Investigate the rider assigned to this delivery. 2. Ensure the parcel is delivered correctly to my address or to our school guard as instructed. 3. Take action to prevent similar issues in the future.

Arnel Polistico does not really delivering my parcel in my address. He just put "recipient uncontactable" even he does not contact me, or does not attempt to go at my home address. Please investigate this. He always say, "recipient is out of reach". Though, in reality am an always at home waiting for my parcel. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. His wife is the one delivering the parcels instead. Two of my parcels last month have been returned, because he did not deliver it at home, in my address. He just put a comment that "recipient is out of reach". Arnel Polistico is a liar.

FRAUD. Original item already received yesterday but this order tracking number is somehow registered and had all the same personal details, same amount to be paid, but came from a different address. Kindly look into this because there is little to no reason that someone outside JnT could have gotten all the exact information of one order. kindly investigate this incident as it is a huge indication that there are foul plays inside J&T Express' Facilities.

I had a problem/concern if your office could help me. The rider had shown proof of delivery last August 12,2025 of my parcel but did not call or text me. I did not receive my parcel. It was already paid. Hope your office could do something about this to track my parcel and be delivered to me. Thank you

The driver claims that he attempted to deliver my package, but he had never came in my house. No delivery rider went to my house. Now it says my package will be sent back to the seller.

The delivery rider was extremely rude. He marked the delivery as "unsuccessful" just because our call had a poor signal. I told him to please wait while I moved to get a better signal, but instead, he abruptly ended the call and refused to answer when I tried calling back. This is unacceptable behavior from a delivery partner.
