Why you return it back my parcel without inform the receiver,,u call May 27 and my at MAy 28 she came in j&t to pick up the parcel but they said they return the parcel

MY PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED AND I CALLED THE CARRIER, THE RIDE SAID THAT HE WAS ALREADY RESIGNED. THE TRACKING INDICATED THAT MY DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND WRONG ADDRESS BUT MY ADDRESS I'M USING IS CORRECT, I HAVE A LOT OF PARCELS DELIVERED SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ADDRESS. I NEED AN ACTION ON THIS! I NEED MY PARCEL TOMORROW FOR MY SISTER'S GRADUATION YET DID NOT DELIVER UNTIL NOW!

Package was never delivered, he told me he had an accident, then previously he told me he did not know where the location of the address the lastly he promised to deliver it the ff day thru a driver who knew my location.
